Shockey was owner surrendered to the shelter because the parents said the kids were not taking care of him anymore 🙁 Poor Shockey doesn’t understand why he is here and just wants to go to a loving home. He is an adorable puggle who loves people and loves to play. He is neutered and up to date with vaccinations.
