Say hello to Kimberly!

She is a pretty little 4 year old Chiweenie, which is a cross between a Chihuahua and a Dachshund.  Kimberly was surrendered to us by her owner who has fallen on hard times.

Chiweenie dogs tend to be happy and easygoing, but require a lot of love and attention when they are young.   They make excellent lap dogs and have a penchant for cuddles!  Right now Kimberly is trying to understand why she isn’t in the home she has known and is quite nervous.  We are spending time with her and helping her to adjust to her new surroundings.  She will need a kind adopter to help build up her confidence.

You can visit this perky pup at our Freeport location, 2 Rider Place.  She will be available to be seen on Saturday, March 30th.

Kimberly is heart worm negative, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines.
