Say hello to Brook!
Brook came to us from NYC ACC where he was in danger of being euthanized at just 9 months old. He was extremely fearful due the neglect he suffered in his previous home.
Brook is just under 1 1/2 years old (DOB 10/25/2017). He enjoys being with his human(s), and loves to play and run around. He loves walks and walks great on a leash. Brook is crate trained and is good in the car. He needs a savvy, experienced, and patient dog person(s) in his life who is willing to work with him to overcome his issues. He would do best an adult home with 1 or 2 people. In the right home, with proper training and socialization, Brook is sure to thrive. We have learned his triggers and can help a perspective adopter learn how to gain his trust and build his self-esteem. He can then move on to basic training. It might be a long process, but the results will be well worth it!
Please view his before and after photos to understand the neglect that this little guy suffered before coming to our rescue.
Brook is neutered, microchipped, heart worm free and up to date on all vaccines.
