For Microsoft Word users, please complete the MS Word version of the Adoption Application electronically, save to your computer, then email it to adopt@bobbicares.org.

For others, please print the PDF version which you can drop off at our Adoption Center in The Shops at Atlas Park. You may also FAX the form to us at (718) 326-6071.

Once we have received your application we will thoroughly review it and will get back to you within 48 hours. If you do not hear back from us after 48 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us.
