Rusty was tied to a fence in the middle of the night and left there. He is a sweet medium sized dog that is calm and gets along with everyone. A week after he was at the shelter he had seizures and we rushed him to the vet. He is now on medication and hasn’t had another one since. He would do much better out of the shelter though and in a calm foster home where he can be monitored. Rusty is a good boy and so deserving of a loving home.
