Franklin is a about 9 years old. We are looking for a long term foster home for him. He has a heart conditoin and is on 3 different type of heart medicine. Franklin loves to be with us and be petted . He loves to play with his tennis balls . Please share we are looking for a quiet home the shelter is not the best place for him.
