Frankie was tied to a fence in the middle of the night and left all alone. He had an eye infection and untreated thyroid condition which caused him some skin issues. He has been to the vet and his eyes and skin are better but he needs medication for the rest of his life. He is a sweetheart with people and good with most kids and dogs. He doesn’t see perfectly so you have to go slow when meeting him so he doesn’t get startled. He is a good boy who deserves a loving home. He is at our Freeport location, 2 Rider Place, Freeport NY 11520. Adoption hours are 11am to 7pm.
