Toby was rescued during a TNR project. Someone thought it would be okay to let their cat go outside being that people feed the strays. Neighbors contacted us and begged to save this poor friendly boy. He is approximately 1year and 4mos old, negative, neutered and vaccinated ;)
Toby is a vocal boy and will meow meow moew away to get your attention.
He is shy at first naturally while getting use to new envirnoments but is true lover boy.
